Terms of Service
By booking and receiving services at Tokyo Premium Lashes, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to ensure your safety and the best possible experience.
Allergies and Adverse Reactions
Client acknowledges that lash extensions involve adhesives and other products near the eyes. Possible reactions include, but are not limited to:
- irritation;
- redness;
- swelling;
- itching;
- allergic reaction;
- sensitivity;
- watering eyes;
- temporary discomfort;
- natural lash damage or loss.
A lash-specific waiver is commonly used precisely because this procedure involves chemicals and products applied around the eye area.
Medical Disclosure
Client should disclose any conditions that could make treatment inappropriate, including recent eye surgery, infection, irritation, allergies, injuries, or other relevant conditions.
The salon may refuse or discontinue a service if the technician believes proceeding could be unsafe for the client.
Acceptance
